Andrew and Nancy Leirer have more than 30 years of Real Estate experience combined to assist you in achieving your real estate goals! Life long residents of Northeast Ohio and residents of Russel Township since 1993, they are devoted to assisting their clients through the purchase, sale, or lease of residential, multi-family, or commercial properties.

Andrew Leirer is an Ohio General Certified Appraiser. He owns and operates the Andrew Leirer and Associates full service appraisal firm, providing service to the Greater Cleveland Ohio Real Estate market since the 1980's. Andy specializes in solving difficult appraisal problems that require expertise and market experience. Andy has taught numerous real estate appraisal courses and is an AQB nationally certified instructor for Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, one of less than 400 instructors nationwide. Andy has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 2000.

Nancy Leirer received her real estate sales associates license in 1997. Prior to that she had a lengthy career in the communications field as a journalist and governmental and health care public relations. She has managed Andrew Leirer and Associates since 1991.
